constipation help!

So my lil one is 15 weeks and 6 days. He hasn't pooped really except a little bit yesterday and one sticky thick diaper today. I've tried everything I can think of to get him to poop. Anyone else in the same boat and can give me some advice on what to do. I will be calling the pediatricians office in the morning.
