This is my first baby and I'm getting a little anxious.. but how do you tell contractions and baby pushing down or getting in a very unconfterable place? Everyone is telling me ill be able to tell the difference but it hurts for a while and goes away like a contration would. I litterly have to stop and breathe. Not to mention the pressure I'm feeling down low! But somehow I just feel like he's just pushing down and I'm running out of room!!
