I take them my OB said they are fine as long as they have DHA and folic acid. I just can't stand to swallow horse pills lol

Make sure to take an iron supplement with them. I'm now anemic because I've been taking them my entire pregnancy and I'm almost in my 3rd trimester. I switched to a prenatal with iron and I'm taking an iron supplement on top of it now

Gummies are easier on your stomach than most others because they don't have iron in them. My doctor was fine with me taking them but has kept an eye on my iron. Sadly I'm now anemic but I've stuck with the Gummies and added in an iron supplement
