When does baby respond to noise?

I may be being a worry wart but I haven't noticed my baby showing any response to outside noises yet. I'm 24 weeks and 2 days and maybe it's too soon for that... I feel little kicks and movements at random all the time now but it never seems to be in response to a noise. Should I be concerned?!

I recently went to watch band in a local pub and it was very heavy on bass and baby was going mad! Kicking away ended up leaving early as I couldn't get comfy and baby wouldn't stay still! I'm 25 weeks

I'll be 27 weeks tomorrow and I just now noticed just a few times she will respond if my husband talks to her and if I tap on my belly or  something! I've tried the flashlight thing but she won't respond to light and I still have days where I don't feel her much
