Tubes tied

Ok ladies I've had my tubes tied since 2007. My last period was 9/26/16 so it super late. My boobs are sore and really fuller than usual, I'm having a lot of moody days and I'm getting dizzy spells and feeling nauseous. Is it possible that I could be pregnant????? I'm terrified to even take a test!!!!!
