Miscarrying

Went in for what I thought was my 8 wks and 2 days ultrasound to find out baby stopped growing at 5 wks 6 days. I was given the option to do a D&C or wait a couple weeks to naturally miscarry. As hard as it is, knowing my baby is still in there but isn't with us anymore, I chose to naturally miscarry. So now I'm just waiting for what I don't want to happen. We just healed from a miscarriage and when we found out we succeeded in getting pregnant again we were ecstatic. But to be told I'm still carrying but eventually won't be is so hard. Completely heart broken.
