I stretched on an exercise ball and drank Raspberry Leaf Tea nightly since 37w my last pregnancy and had a pleasant delivery. I am currently drinking the tea for this pregnancy as well.

It's comfy. Pelvic tilts are recommended and swaying on ball-squats just to help baby descend if in the right place
