Advise needed please

Hi I need some advice on what this could be. I was told that after 2 shorter lighter periods and a really long 11days rather painful heavy one that I likely had a miscarriage. Now that this period is suppose to have hit i am extreamly late. Luke 11days late. I don't know what to think if this could be normal or if it could be nothing. I did have spotting a few days ago and I never do so please and thank you.
