What kinds of diets help?
I've gained 9 pounds since June. I'm not pregnant. My mom has been doing clean eating and she's lost a lot of weight where I've gained it. I walk around 4-5 miles a day just at work and I've been doing the clean eating with my mom. When I weighed myself today and saw I've gained 9 pounds since June I started crying.
