Just bought one!! Curious in how it works?!!

Start temping when your period starts. You have to temp every single day, the same exact time every day, as soon as you wake up for the day, without moving around to much. No drinking anything before either. You chart your temps on your Glow daily logs and you can see your chart in the Genius section. 
Bbt is good at showing you when and if ovulation already took place. It can't predict before. When you ovulate you get a spike in temp followed by at least 3 consecutive higher temps. 
You may (or may not) get a random dip after ovulation, but they mean nothing really other than a surge in estrogen. 
Around 14 dpo, if you haven't conceived, your temps will start to drop and AF will show. If you conceived, your temps won't drop and if by 18 dpo your AF still hasn't shown, you can assume pregnancy but most of us will test by then. 
Using opks with charting your bbt is best.
