Insurance 😡

So I have a surgery coming up on the 8th, and I called and asked if they'd be able to cover it since I have prior authorization for infertility. They said everything is perfectly fine and the doctors have already called and authorized it, I've called and authorized that they would cover it, they said yes. I just got an email saying that now they don't see the prior authorization on my account and to call back on Monday. I had this resolved a long time ago now this?!? I'm so lost on what to do. Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance. Sorry for all the stress
