What is going on?

Sorry long post

so let's start from the beginning. Hubby and I had sex on October 20th. Day 9 of my cycle, I experienced a small amount of blood on Monday the 24th while we were having sex, I got nauseous (but not throwing up) for the next 3 days. Which then turned into a cold. I was still slightly nauseous, my nipples hurt and I had some mild cramping. I took a test on Monday the 31st day 20 even though I knew it was really early. Wednesday morning there was blood on the toilet paper so I assumed it was af and got depressed (a week early).I put a tampon in and went about my day I was starting to feel normal. Today I woke up and I felt like I had been hit by a bus. My noise is running a little but I had horrible diarrhea and nauseousness, but no blood on the tampon. I out on a pad so I could monitor closer. I forced myself to eat breakfast and made my lunch in case I wanted it. I made it through my day with frequent bathroom breaks. Only once was there any blood. I get home and I am freezing. 2 blankets sweat pants and hoodie shivering every time I have to go to the bathroom. I plan on testing again on Monday. what do you think?
