I'm 24 weeks pregnant tomorrow and the last could hours I've gone to the bathroom twice and had some spotting and I've been cramping off and on as well. It's not super painful but I feel it and sometimes I'll get a sharp cramp that lasts a few seconds. I tried to call the doctor on call and he just said if I have severe cramps go to the hospital and get checked but I'm not having severe cramps just slight
