Should I take another one?

Hey guys I really need some advice. So this morning I took my prenatal vitamin like I always do, then shortly after I threw everything up. I'm feeling awful and I'm not sure if I should take another one, what do you think?

I always took another one after i threw one up mostly cause i was like no body im in control here and youre taking this vitamin. I was very stubborn

One missed vitamin won't really do anything. As long as you are eating healthy food you will get most of those vitamins anyway. Don't stress too much. 😊

How long after you took it did you throw up? If it was at least 15mins after I wouldn't take anything but you should really call your OBGYN and ask their opinion.

My multivitamin do that too!  My doctor said it's because of the high iron content and she suggested I take it after a bigger meal as I don't eat much for breakfast.  Or take it just before you go to bed and then by the time it gets digested you are asleep enough that the nausea just passes in your sleep and you don't vomit!  Good luck.  I really sympathise with you.

I bet it's iron I was told to take liquid iron it absorbs in the blood stream and you won't get sick period
