I'm bleeding help me

Okay so about 3 days ago (with protection) my boyfriend and I had pretty rough sex. Two days ago we had sex again but I literally didn't feel anything "down there." Yesterday I started bleeding from where period blood comes out, but ONLY when I went pee. Today, I'm bleeding more when I pee and also when I'm moving. My period was a week and a half ago. Help me please :(
