Confused

So I know it has happend to people that have had there tubed fishie clipped but I am confused I had etopic pregnancy in 2011 where I had my right tube removed I ended up conceiving 3 beautiful girls with one tube well after my last child in 2015 I had my other tube clamped. I have had normal periods ever sense then except for this month I'm over a week late and have had one positive and one negative pregnancy test has anybody been threw this before?
