New Allergy

I have been trying to find the right lotion/moisturizer for my belly and breasts to prevent stretch marks and noticed I started to break out in hives so I stopped all lotions and used only coconut oil hoping the rash would go away but now it's wayyy worse! Anyone else experience a new allergy during their pregnancy or had something similar happen? Recommendations for anti-stretch mark lotions without coconut oil? Should I call my primary care doctor?
