Headaches

What helps with random headaches that happen behind your eye and temple? I'm 21 weeks and I'm having sharp pain behind my eyes and temple that will last 10-20 minutes. Go away for about 30 minutes then it happens again. I've hit my daily limit on Tylenol. And I tried relaxing in a warm bath with the lights off... Didn't help.
