Did your son get oral thrust/yeast infection when breastfeeding?

My aunt told me it was more common for boys to get oral thrust/yeast infection of the mouth when they are breastfed. It happened to her son. So i was curious if anyone else's son has had this happen?

My son did while I was breastfeeding.  I used Gentian Violet to take care of it. It does stain EVERYTHING purple but it worked like a charm!

My daughter did but it wasn't breastfeeding itself that caused it. It was a lack of cleaning in the daycare she was. 🙄
