help !

My last period was October 1st - 6th. October was my first full month off the birth control pill. I have been on and off the pill for at least 3 years. But, this is my first time completely not taking the pill. I also took plan b in July and it threw off my cycle. I had sex without a condom on October 10th but he did not cum inside of me. I also have depression, is it possible that i am pregnant ? or is this just my body adjusting to not being on the pill

P.S.  I know for a fact that he didn't cum inside of me because I gave him head
