Cramping & back pain.

Hi ladies! I am wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I have been having some cramping and back pains mostly at night as well as my stomach feels extremely "heavy" and hard. Not sure how else to explain it. I am currently 7 weeks + 6 days. I'm not sure if I should be alarmed as this is not accompanied by any bleeding just pretty painful and uncomfortable at times. Any insight will be appreciated. 💖
