Please help and respond! Very sick right now 34 weeks

I'm 33 weeks 6 days. I was laying in bed trying to sleep when I felt my stomach getting bad. I'm in the bathroom now with the worst upset stomach I've ever had. I'm literally blacking out its so bad. I have cold sweats and bad diarrhea. I am praying for it to stop but it hasn't. I'm not cramping or bleeding, but the stomach ache and diarrhea is so bad I feel like I could pass out. What do I do? Wait for it to pass???
