Hollandaise Sauce

Alright ladies...I went out to dinner tonight and ordered a Steak (mw) With an Oscar topping. That is crab meat, hollandaise Sauce and asparagus. It came out on a sizzling platter, but I totally forgot how hollandaise was made...what's the risk?? It's been almost 24 hours since I consumed it and feel fine, what's the risk I did get salmonella?? I have a check up on Tuesday and will bring this up, just not sure if I needed to do something before then.
