Does it feel like your baby bump stopped growing?

Is it just me or am I losing my mind? I am 13wks5days and it just feels like my baby bump stopped growing all of a sudden. This will be my 3rd pregnancy and my youngest is 12yrs old so maybe I forgot about what really happens. Kind of feeling nervous though. My next appt is not until Nov 22. I have no bleeding and no indication that something is wrong except for the fact it seems like my bump stopped growing and is getting smaller. At night I do get these tightening which feel like braxton hicks contractions but my Dr told me at last visit it was Fibroids so when I feel that tightening now, I don't think it was the baby. I think the mention of fibroids just has me over analyzing everything. Anyone else feel this way?
