I wish I would stop spotting 😒

I'm 6w4d pregnant and have been spotting brown off an on for over a week now. On Monday, I was diagnosed with a subchorionic bleed but when I went to he doctor on Friday for a follow up, he said the ultrasound looks perfect, my numbers are perfect, the heart rate was perfect....basically everything is perfect. But I'm still spotting brown off and on. My doctor said it's really not a big deal unless it comes with cramps or turns bright red but it still makes me nervous because I ever had bleeding with any of my other kids 😑
