Where do babies come out of?

My girls keep asking where do babies come out of?  My oldest, she's 7, says that they take your tummy off take the baby out and put your tummy back on. My youngest ,she's 6, says that babies come out of your belly button.  
I haven't told them,  nor will I til plenty of years later,  I just agree that babies come out of your tummy,  which in some cases is true.

What does your child(ren) think babies come from?

I've told my children (4&7) that they come out of the baby hole, I explained that mummys have a pee and poop holes just like boys but they have an extra hole where babies come out :) which I think is fine! Why lie about something totally natural!!

My child will know. By 8 years old I knew what a penis was, a vagina, how sex worked, and where babies came out. My mom thought it was stupid to lie to me and I believe the same. I'll answer any questions my child asks (age appropriately of course) but I'm not giving them the whole "the stork brings babies" thing.

Personally I think that's why we have so many women who are uneducated about their bodies and how pregnancy works. We need to be open and honest about things or they grow up like some of the women I've seen on this app who have no business reproducing If they still think pee and babies come out of the same hole.

My daughter is 4 and is very curious so I told her that babies come out of the vagina. She knows boys have a penis (well she says fishy) and girls have a vagina. I explained to her about breastfeeding. There's no reason your child can't know something that is completely natural. She also has seen her birth video, which is only taken from the side so you can't see anything, and she is absolutely amazed by it. I don't think people give kids enough credit. If they're old enough to as I think you should tell them :) the one thing I didn't go into too much depth about is when she asked me how she was made. I told her mommy and Daddy each have a puzzle piece, we put them together and made her! 😂😂😂

I told my daughter who's 6 where they come out of. I explained that some come out of tummys and some come out of vaginas. I don't like to lie about those things and I prefer to use the correct words for things.

If my kids are smart enough to ask the question, they are smart enough to have the truth...

No whether she gave us the whole truth always debatable....

But I think informing children about things creates intelligent, less anxious adults...as there is no fear of who is right or wrong and who will and eont be truthful

My son thinks babies come out when the mom pukes. It's something he thought of himself a few years ago and I didn't correct him at that time. He's now 6 and I'm due in March. I think it'll be a good opportunity to set him straight.

I am a preschool teacher and the other day o was giving my kids a heads up that I wasn't going to be there after nap because I had to go see the dr. One child asked why o have to go to the dr so much and I said you just need to go a lot when you have a baby I'm your belly so that they can make sure the baby is okay. Another child asked how the Drs will get the baby out and I just said the doctors will figure it out. Meanwhile I have one kid continuously trying to inturupt say 'guy, guys!' Then I ask him what he wants to share and he says 'I gotta tell my guys something' lol so I say go ahead tell your guys something and he says 'hey guys, wanna know where babies come out of' needless to say I quickly changed subject before he could get it out lol. I spoke to his mom later and she said she told him babies come out of girls privates and he said 'they come out of their wiener!' And she said no girls have other parts, and he said 'they come out of their butts!' lol

I'll probably be honest. I see no point in lying. My mom was honest with us, and I appreciate that she was. Honesty about this stuff helps with sex ed. God knows they don't teach it well enough as it is.
