The next step if your ovulating but still aren't getting pregnant?

I have a soon to be 3 year old next month. I ovulate every month and have very regular cycles and always have. My fiance has no children. We have been TTC for we'll over a year. I have tried pre-seed, laying down for 30 minutes after. What do I need to do doctor wise? And what would they do if he has a low sperm count or shooting blanks? If he is, what would we need to do? I have saw on here people talking about IUIS and clomid. Just trying to gather information and start saving if we end up not being able to conceive on our own. TIA ladies.
