Suspiciously easy pregnancy

I see so many posts about women who are terribly nauseous and have other strong symptoms, but are there any other mamas out there who are having way too easy of a pregnancy? Sure I have symptoms every now and then, very mild. And yes I guess I can count myself lucky, but this is such a scary scary feeling and I feel like I'm the only one who hardly gets to FEEL her pregnancy. 😞
