delivery room

This is my first pregnancy and they are inducing me on the 15th. My husband and I are wondering who should be in the delivery room. We both agreed on just us and our mothers. We both have a great relationship with both of our mothers. But my mother is a mother hen and tries to take over. I'm afraid she would step on my husbands toes. I'm her baby girl and she kind of takes charge. But I don't know how to tell my mother to step back if she is in the delivery room. Any suggestions??
