weird ass bumps on my vagina after sex?? herpes??

Last Saturday me and my new boyfriend had sex for the first time and we used protection. The day after my vagina was burning and was itchy. I immediately took some pictures and i was so shocked. I had small little bumps and they were red and a little bloody. At first I thought herpes but he doesnt have it. I looked it up online and saw that spermicide and can cause red, bloody, and itchy bumps. It went away within the next day. Last night i was caught up in the moment and i let him eat me out. Big mistake!! Today the bumps are back and im so scared!! My boyfriend knows about my reaction last week and he is very sweet and is willing to go with me to get tested for an Std. I am only 17 and i have also used condoms. Im really hoping that im just having an irritation to something. Please someone give me some advice or let me know if theyve had any experience with this!
