Anterior placenta?

29 weeks and 3 days and we went in for a 3D ultrasound today. Well the technician mentioned that I have an anterior placenta. This is the first I've ever heard this. She was pretty low trying to get the baby's face too. Now I'm a little concerned about this, of course I'll ask my doctor when I see her next. Any experience with this? My concern is how low the placenta was and that no one has expressed concern.
