implantation bleeding or period?

eve says I was supposed to start my period on Halloween, I started lightly bleeding yesterday, November 5th, and haven't bled yet enough to fill a tampon. Is this implantation bleeding or just a late period? The blood looks old and brown sometimes and bright red at others. Please help!

implantation would have happened before your missed period so could just be spotting. Have you taken a test? if not being a week late it would show up if you're pregnant
