I suffer from really bad cramps they stop me from even eating because when I do they hurt worst 😩😩🙍

- Colon cleanser 2 weeks before your period.
Why? I notice during the start of the period us women experience running to the bathroom alot to move our bowels. 
- Drinking hot bevage & food. Bake food is better than greasy food. Intake on your greens.

Midol works wonders Midol and hot baths help me and cuddles from SO he will gently press where it hurts and it helps the pain lesson and Midol and hot hot bath like sitting in a hot bath helps a lot of if you have a heating pad that could help you. Heating pads don't help me but a hot bath does
