Too soon?

I ovulated Wednesday. Yesterday I had pink discharge and a streak of fresh blood (not a lot). Tonight in crying because my mom said I let her down after she stood up for me and she was disappointed. Normally that wouldn't make me cry. I would just roll my eyes because I was too sick to do what she wanted me to do. Is there any chance this is pregnancy hormones? I know it's really early but is it at all possible?
