Ok I've taken both. I have pcos, endometriosis, and only one functioning ovary and tube. On clomid I did ovulate, but had a tremendous amount of ovarian swelling and pain every month. I took the clear blue digital opks and always got a peak smiley on cd 14. This month I started femara. I've had zero pain with it but I've been more moody/weepy. Yesterday I got a high fertility reading, first one EVER!!! And today I got my peak reading. I'm not getting my hopes up and honestly I'm scared it didn't work because I've had zero pain this month. I don't know what to do with myself 😃
