Did your induction fail?

Did your induction fail and you ended up needing a c-section? Comment if your induction was an elective one or if you needed it for health reasons. How far along were you when you had the induction?

I was induced with my first 2 weeks early due to preclampsia.Dilated to a 6 and my boys heart rate dropped had emergency c section ..Second was elective and was so much better😊😊

I was induced on my due date... Never dilated past 4...baby's heart rate started dropping... Emergency c section.  Age 16

I was induced on my due date. Baby was born 5 hours later. Fast and easy, no complications.

I was induced for high blood pressure and heart rate problems with both baby and i.. I was 37 weeks and 3 days! It worked beautifully. Less than 8 hrs start to finish!

My water broke at 37 weeks, my contractions didn't start until 6 hours after that. I was induced with oxytocin and in labour for 11 hours. Found out at 8cm dilated that I needed to have an emergency c section. My son's heart rate kept raising and they couldn't get it stable.
