Good teeth whitening product?

I'm looking for a good teeth whitening product! I'm envious of those I see with gorgeously white teeth. Getting them professionally done is too exspensive & yes, I already use a whitening toothpaste but that hasn't improved anything. Thanks!

Consult your dentist first. Pregnancy is very hard on your teeth and gums and you wouldn't want to cause excess damage or harm. Whitening your teeth can make them more sensitive, and you wouldn't want to make already sensitive teeth and gums even more sensitive.

As a dental hygienist I wouldn't recommend tooth whitening while pregnant. Generally speaking though, tooth whitening toothpastes are a waste of time. Usually they are just more abrasive than regular toothpastes which can damage to enamel and gum tissue over time and really don't give you much of a change in shade. Same goes for whitening mouth washes, floss, etc. Waste of time and money. Professional tooth whitening is obviously going to give you the best results but is expensive. The best whitening product I've seen from the drug store would have to be Crest Whitestrips professional strength. Sensodyne or another toothpaste for sensitivity will help keep that sensitivity at bay. Also, avoid any heavily pigmented foods (coffee/tea, berries, wine, etc).

I use Crest 3D white & have a noticeable difference! There's a light thing whitener but I don't think you can use it while pregnant. I think it's Hey White Smile.
