fitness tips?
I'm turning into this like weird health freak, only drinking water and green tea. I take vitamins, and I've been eating healthy/clean I try to workout 3/4/5 a week for like 45 mins depending on how my days go .
One thing I'm really really trying to work on is my stomach. I have the "pooch" and it pisses me off lol .
Any workouts, foods you recommend ?
I just want a flat toned tummy. Wanna show off my curves .
