Ovulating early

Hi guy's, so I've just gotten over a 24 hour stomach bug (sickness&diareah) tmi!

I normally ovulate around 14/15 cd

I tokw an ovulation test because ive had some pain on my right ovary (I normally get pain on my left ovary side when im ovulating) im cd 9 and my line is nearly as dark as control line. I'd say it will be positive in the next 24 hours for sure. So cd 10 ovulating. Do you think my sickness changed my ovulation?

Any advice would be great. Tia
