please read and help if you can it's complicated

So on the 18th of July I had the depo injection was ment to go for the second on the 3rd of October witch I decided not to I blead for 7 week solid with it I was going on holiday on the 3rd and didn't want to bleed so the doctor gave me nerthiserone witch I took for 3 week it stopped the bleed

Had my withdrawal bleed on the 21st of October lasted one week

Now I am in so much pain with my back and boobs nipples really hurt and my stomach feels row inside really hurts

I don't no the date of my last period or even when I'm due to have my next iv been using ovulation strips to see if that will give me an idea but the second line is a lot lighter than the control line

I only have one tube so I believe the chances of this being pregnancy very low anyway

Has anyone else gone thro this
