Prenatal before TTC?
My husband and I want a baby in the future, just not right now (we are both active duty army). However I am not on birth control because I have had a lot of issues with almost every single BC and we don't always have condoms. Should I take prenatal just in case? And is it a good idea to take it before you even start trying anyways? TIA💕
