UPDATE hey lady's! I posted I had a ultrasound today

Hey ladies! So I had my ultrasound.. I have a huge cyst in my right ovary. Explains why I didn't have a period. I refuse to be back on birth control to prevent these. What's my next step.. clomid?? What helps prevent this so I can continue my trying to conceive journey!
