rotavirus vaccine and breastfeeding?

Is there a chance of getting sick from the vaccine? Is it effective with a breastfed baby?

Answer

Here they give the vaccines in three separate stages, one at 6 weeks old, 3 months old and the last one at 5 months. Rotavirus included and I breastfed my daughter too. They didn't mention anything about breastfeeding just that I could pick Rotovirus up from her poop so to take caution with nappy changes.

Update: we only gave the first dose...it may have caused a negative reaction/different virus so the doctor recommended skipping the last 2 doses.
