Just a query about appartment rent and utilities please
Anyone here from Indianapolis ? I might be moving to indianapolis and just curious to know abt the living cost including rent and utilities. Ill be looking for 1 or 2 bedroom appt but more concerned about electric & gas bill during winters (depending on electric or gas heaters)
