Help! Spotting seven days

So I'm irregular, I always have been. I spot often before I get my period, but it's usually tops 3 days then my period follows. When I spot it's usually bright red or pink with spots of light brown and usually enough to wear panty liners. By the way I'm very irregular I can go up to 6-7 months with no period, my last legit period was in mid may. The first of this month I noticed when I wiped very light brown on the tp, it kept appearing and nothing transferring on to my panty liner, on the third day though it transferred when I was sleeping a little bit. Then the fifth day it transferred again just once like two little spots. I'm on the seventh day now and it's like a combination of darker Brown with red , kind of the like a brick red, it transferred a little. It doesn't seem like it's going to stop anytime soon. I'm on the seventh day and when I have my periods they usually last seven days but it starts out light, then by the third day its super heavy, but then it starts diminishing. What could this mean.? And I okay,? Should I go to a doctor,? Could I be pregnant or something is wrong with me…?
