Pregnant and bleeding

Im 3 weeks today and bleeding brown and light blood. I was checking my CM, i went to shower and put on a pad. Not sure if its the big M word and implantion bleeding. Im not cramping like i do on my preiod. Im not sure if i should go to the hospital or not. What do i do?
