Work and pregnancy?! PLEASE REPLY

Hey all, I'm 6+3 weeks today and I work in a very heavy truck part warehouse, so as soon as I found out two weeks ago I told my floor manager so he could put me on lighter duties (which he hasn't really?!) and his first reply was "was this planned" to which I replied yes and I got s bad reaction. I was told to go see the nurse who was also rude and told me "don't tell anyone because there's a high chance something could go wrong this early" -so encouraging- and she said I can't have a risk assesment until I get my green forms, so I've been having to lift extremely heavy things in and out of pallets all day everyday. 
Well today I got my papers through and my booking appt is 2 weeks today, can I inform HR now? And now I have the papers can the do a risk assesment even though I've not had my appt yet? 
So stressed and anxious I'm going to do harm!

If you are used to the heavy lifting that is part of your job, then it is probably fine this early. The rule of thumb is that you can continue any form of activity you were used to doing before being pregnant unless you are at risk for falls or being hit.

If something were to happen this early it probably means something was not right with the pregnancy and it would have happened if you had a desk job. You should be fine until your 8 week appointment, but call your doctor if you need reassurance.

Book an appointment with your doctor (or go to a walk-in clinic) and get a note saying you can only lift a certain weight, etc. My doctor has me at a 35 lb weight lifting limit. I had a miscarriage my last pregnancy and I believe the extra lifting and stress of my job was a factor. 
Currently 22 weeks and just read an update for today that stress is bad for baby, and I need to find ways to de-stress.

I'm 32 weeks and still assisting in lifting 200+lb residents. I think you'll be ok for now. Also, that was very rude of someone to ask if it was planned and not professional at all.

How dare he, it's none of his business whether you planned a baby or not. You have the right to expand your family anytime you want

If your body is used to it you won't harm baby. I do bodybuilding and I was deadlifting upto 315.until I was 4 months prego

Probably cause youre a good worker and they don't want to loose you. I'm dealing with that still too. They depend on you for a lot and don't want to change it up. 
Go to a walk in clinic! They may be able to give you a doctors note about how much you can lift and any other limitations! It'll make you feel better physically and emotionally if you're not doing too much.
