alcohol advice

Hi girls. I'm having a dilemma and would love some insight. I'm kind of a social person. I have a very busy work life as I'm a major corporate employee and have several meetings weekly with co companies and associates. I've been ttc for over a two year period i had a m c in March 👼🏻 and sadly yesterday was my due date had it been successful. Anyway tears aside I'm wanting to know if any of you think alcohol has a negative impact on fertility??  I'm a smoker and have drinks but need to know if anyone can help me figure out If I should quit everything??  I'm so stressed out and it's just something that helps me on long days to unwind a bit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!  Thank you all so much
