Random spotting

So ice been having spotting since the second. It's very light and only when I wipe. My last period was Oct 15-25. I'm not due for AF until Dec 1st. Has anyone else experienced this? It's bothering me because I've never had this happen before. This visit from AF was way lighter than I normally deal with, I had a light/medium flow the entire time. It's usually much heavier but I just took it as my body is getting used to not being on bc. I told my husband about it and he's concerned as well, and wants to know what's going on. I've called my doctor but didn't seem to be concerned with it.
