What is this??!!? (Pic)

I'm 30 weeks, & thankfully only had stretch marks on the side of my hips, then I got one on my belly, well now all of a sudden my bellys been itching really bad & I looked in the mirror (cause I can't see it by looking down lol)  & saw this!! I'm also itching like on my legs & arms a little but I haven't noticed any of these bumps there yet. Is this normal? Should I call my doctor? It's like raised bumps, thanks
